Movement Fundamentals

In each class, we will work on stance, posture, and body mechanics to begin. Some say "warm-up"; the point of this is to hone your automatic movements (stepping, turning, leaning etc.), so that your deliberate movements (punching, kicking, elbowing, etc.) can be easier and more powerful.
